Classes + Services

Each class is dedicated to helping you understand what works for you. Through guided meditations, reiki, and yoga, I will work with you to feel confident in your own skin, building strength physically, mentally, and spiritually. I want to give you the tools to be as successful as you possibly can be.

Power Yoga - Level 1

This class is the perfect starting place for beginners. If you have never done yoga before or just need a tune-up, power level 1 has got you covered.

Power Yoga - Level 2

Level 2 is yoga for those who want a little more of a challenge. There will be more balance poses and longer holds. In this class, you will definitely start to sweat.

Power Yoga - Level 3

Are you reading to take your practice to the next level? This intermediate class will push your limits and give you the biggest boost. Testing your strength has never been this fun!

Sculpt Yoga

Sculpt means yoga with weights! This class is perfect for those who want to build strength, increase their cardio, and find more flexibility.


Trauma Informed Yoga

Everyone has experienced trauma of some sort, and our bodies hold on to that trauma for years. In this class, we access those traumas and start to heal.

Restorative Yoga

We put ourselves through the ringer week after week - which is why this restorative class is so important. Each class will have 3-5 poses that are meant to dive deeper into your muscles and fascia.

Meditation - Level 1

Meditation doesn’t have to be scary or boring. In fact, it is supposed to be calming. Let me show you how meditation can make you more aware, well-rested, and capable.

Meditation - Level 2

This class is for those who are already experienced mediators. There will be more focused mantras and less guidance.


Reiki Healing

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.
